Zach Weiner is an actor living on New York’s Upper West Side. When PM shuts down the movie industry, Zach and his friend Joe embark on a unique project: to make a movie about running for City Council while running for New York City Council. Zack and his business work with their community on a local level, trying to improve the lives of their fellow Westerners, but the business struggles to gain traction. Then, through some unorthodox tactics, Zack’s team takes their nefarious business to the pinnacle of New York politics.
